This manual download appears to be bad. When I try to open it,it says Bad Encrypt Dictionary.

Using latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader

Like many people, I'm still using Windows 98SE with Adobe Acrobat Reader Version 6. Adobe's website doesn't even seem to list Windows 98 anymore so updating is not an option. My older version has always worked with every other PDF file I've tried to open.
Can you successfully open this Pioneer SX-3700 manual file?

Hi,
Yes the file opens fine this end. I'm afraid I haven't used Windows 98 since XP came out over 5 years ago so I'm not able to test this - to be honest it's a very old operating system and less than 0.25% of visitors here use it. FWIW the files don't require the very latest version of Acrobat - all are compatible with version 7 (2005) or newer. I've updated the FAQ to reflect this.
