Hi, I just bought a Marantz PM 550-DC amplifier and I couldn't find its manual (or manuals) anywhere, I guess it's preety hard to find, so I would appreciate if you would give me a helping hand.

Or at least a model that uses the same transport.Mine has developed an issue with the take up reel. Parts appear to still be available, but that transport looks like it could be a real adventure. Thanks !

I am looking for specific model of Technics. The service manuals and schematics for Technics SA-X11WL which is a all-in-one Hi-Fi system and Technics SL-JS15C Turntable which is DC-Servo fully Automatic Turntable(Belt-Drive). Both are from 1986's sorts.

There seem to be two different models with the exactly the same number. The model I have is black in colour with gold writing on it. The other one is silver and has a different design as well as different controls.

One mine in gold is written
LDPS
linear drive power supply

It has two AC outlets and switch for different voltages etc. Its also vaguely similar in design to the PM 55

Onkyo X-500
--------------

This unit is a 4 channel reciever and turntable combo in a floor standing wooden cabinet. This was probably sold around 1973.
The cartringe is a CD-4 (4channel) cartridge - (GCJ) .

There are 7 rotory knobs on the front as well as some buttons. The second to last rotory selector knob (4 CH MODE) has the following positions CD-4, Discrete, Automatic, RM, SQ.

This is very similar in function, design ,appearance to another quadraphonic system, the Onkyo X-300 and internally they probably don't vary much.

There is another floor standing unit called the X-1. This one is quite a bit different with a different configuration of knobs and buttons. Possibly the X-1 was an earlier model.

Please could anyone help with some info on the Onkyo X-500 and posssibly the X-300 which could be very similar.

There seems to be nothing on these items.
